BASIC RETURN POLICY

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed on any product you purchase from us. 

  • Boutique109 will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and saleable merchandise for refund or exchange when items are returned within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
    • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
    • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you.  
    • Your refund for the returned merchandise will be credited back to the original order payment method. Gift returns are credited to a gift card.
    • Returns must be issued as a credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
  • Items marked as Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Items purchased at 20% off or more are returnable (except for Pens) for online credit only.
  • Jewelry and accessories are not returnable.
  • Gift items are returnable (except for Pens) in new condition except but not exchangeable.
  • Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
  • Damages due to shipping must be reported within the day the item is received or cannot be returned.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges will not be applied on any exchange order if the merchandise is of equal or lesser value.
  • Allow up to three weeks for your return to be received and processed. If we have your email address, we will send an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

  • For orders placed between November 1st - December 25th returns that are postmarked no later than January 10th will be accepted for online credit only. 
  • Our refund policy will remain the same, meaning that we will accept returns that are postmarked within 15 calendar days the order was delivered for a refund to the original form of payment.
  • Keep in mind that items purchased at 20% off or more are always returnable (except for Pens) for online credit only, and Sale items are ineligible for return.
